Tieni presente: questa non è un’offerta vincolante, quindi possiamo modificarla se necessario. I ricambi visualizzati sono offerti in stretta collaborazione con i nostri fornitori in tutta Europa. Le informazioni sui prodotti provengono da loro; facciamo il possibile per essere accurati, ma possono verificarsi errori. In tal caso, ce ne occuperemo, ma la nostra responsabilità è limitata al costo dei pezzi stessi. Lo stesso vale per le immagini: sono fornite dai fornitori. Ci impegniamo per l’accuratezza, ma errori possono capitare. Anche in questo caso, la nostra responsabilità è limitata al costo dei ricambi.

P4 - Il contratto
Una volta accettata la nostra offerta effettuando un ordine tramite richiesta di proforma o cliccando sul pulsante “pagamento” (o simile), il contratto è concluso. Significa che:
Se effettui l’ordine online, riceverai una conferma via e-mail. Prima di riceverla, puoi ancora modificare o cancellare l’ordine. Per ordini e pagamenti elettronici, adottiamo misure di sicurezza di alto livello. Potremmo dover verificare la tua solvibilità e, per motivi legittimi, potremmo rifiutare o modificare un ordine. In tal caso, ti informeremo con una spiegazione.
Riceverai:
Disponibilità del magazzino: i prodotti vengono inviati dai nostri fornitori al nostro partner logistico di Krefeld, Germania, prima di essere spediti a te. Se un fornitore non può spedire un pezzo, l’ordine verrà annullato. Non possiamo essere obbligati a consegnare ciò che non è disponibile.
Definizione e interpretazione del contratto:
P5 - Diritto di recesso / cancellazione
Per i prodotti: Hai 14 giorni per annullare l’ordine senza fornire motivazioni, a partire dal giorno in cui ricevi i prodotti. Durante questo periodo, conserva con cura i pezzi e l’imballaggio. Puoi aprirli solo per verificarne l’idoneità. In caso di reso, devono essere restituiti nell’imballaggio originale, completi e in condizioni simili all’originale. Usa il modulo sul nostro sito per informarci della volontà di recesso. Ti forniremo le istruzioni per il reso. È consigliabile conservare la prova di spedizione. Nota: se non ci informi entro 14 giorni, l’ordine diventa definitivo.
Per i servizi: Hai 14 giorni di tempo dal momento della conferma del servizio (anche se ordinato insieme a un prodotto) per annullare.
P6 - Costi in caso di recesso / cancellazione
Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a tuo carico. Ti rimborseremo l’importo pagato entro 14 giorni dalla richiesta di reso, a condizione che ci restituisca i prodotti o ci fornisca prova dell’avvenuta spedizione.

P8 - Prezzi
I prezzi sono indicati al netto di IVA (se applicabile) e spese di spedizione. Se un fornitore non può rispettare il prezzo, possiamo annullare l’ordine. Se troviamo un altro fornitore a prezzo più alto, ti informeremo e potrai accettare o rifiutare. Una volta confermato l’ordine, il prezzo è bloccato. Non possiamo essere responsabili per errori di prezzo. Se hai dubbi, contattaci!
P9 - Conformità e garanzia
Ci impegniamo affinché tutto sia conforme alla descrizione, utilizzabile in modo ragionevole e conforme alla legge. Anche se il produttore fornisce una garanzia, questo non influisce sui nostri obblighi.
Reclami: Segnalaci eventuali problemi entro 2 settimane dalla ricezione. Usa il modulo sul sito. Restituisci i pezzi nell’imballaggio originale, solo dopo approvazione. La garanzia segue quella del produttore (se esiste). Non siamo responsabili per usi impropri o consigli sull’uso.
Garanzia CLIM-PARTS: Puoi acquistare una garanzia aggiuntiva CLIM-PARTS fino a 24 mesi con un costo extra.
La garanzia decade se:
Possiamo offrire un pezzo sostitutivo oppure un rimborso entro 14 giorni.
P10 - Consegna e gestione ordini
Spediremo all’indirizzo che ci fornisci. Se ci sono ritardi, ti informeremo. Se non possiamo consegnare entro 14 giorni (salvo accordi diversi), puoi annullare senza penali.
Modifiche o cancellazioni: Puoi annullare prima della notifica di spedizione per ottenere un rimborso completo entro 14 giorni.
Sostituzioni: Se un pezzo non è disponibile, cercheremo un’alternativa. Se non sei d’accordo, puoi annullare.
Spedizione: Non copriamo i danni o perdite durante il trasporto. Puoi acquistare un’assicurazione aggiuntiva.
Costi: Stimiamo i costi in base a peso e dimensioni. Se superiori, ti informeremo e potrai accettare o annullare. Per articoli >25kg, riceverai un preventivo entro 3 giorni. Hai 7 giorni per accettarlo.
P11 - Pagamento
Di solito, chiediamo il pagamento anticipato. Per pagamenti immediati, prepariamo subito la spedizione. Per richieste di proforma, prepariamo dopo il pagamento ricevuto.
Controlla i dati di pagamento e segnalaci eventuali errori. In caso di ritardo, potremmo applicare costi aggiuntivi secondo la legge.
P12 - Reclami
Hai un problema? Comunicalo entro 7 giorni dalla scoperta. Usa il modulo sul nostro sito. Risolviamo i reclami entro 14 giorni lavorativi. Se serve più tempo, ti informeremo. Per favore, contattaci prima di procedere legalmente. Se il reclamo è valido, ripareremo o sostituiremo senza costi.
P13 - Legge applicabile
Si applica esclusivamente la legge tedesca a tutte le transazioni tra il cliente e CLIM GROUP UG, anche se il cliente risiede all’estero.
P14 - Clausole aggiuntive o divergenti
In alcuni casi, potremmo concordare termini aggiuntivi. Questi saranno sempre a tuo vantaggio e te ne forniremo una copia accessibile e salvabile.
