1. CLIM-PARTS Excel-Search
 

Next to our simple but powerful text search among part numbers and search by brand and model, we offer you our Excel-Search. It is a unique service which provides you automated pricing of your excel-file among our available database of spare parts.

It's so simple:

- Prepare your excel-file with the requested part numbers sorted in the template as below
 

- Upload the prepared excel-file in our Search-Bar being logged in and click "Search my excel":

Our system will automatically search the part-numbers from your excel to present the results for the found units with prices directly in your basket list of CLIM-PARTS.COM:




 

On the basket page with results you have the magic button of downloading the basket list as an excel-file,
but guess what: already with automatically listed prices from our database into your excel and calculated the total amounts for the selected units for each part-number;).
*Note: You have to be logged in before you click "DOWNLOAD CART" button.

We hope you enjoy it, but be aware of the following:
The prices for the products which were not found,  will be added by us manually in order to complete the offer. In case all your searched part numbers were found and you see them in the basket list, you can proceed to the next steps to complete your order by adding the other services of warranty and delivery described below.

Note:
-You need to have an account on CLIM-PARTS.COM to be logged in to search your excel.
- The free service of excel search and downloading the results is limited to 30 search part-numbers per month and possibility for free to download a list of maximum 10 priced units of your excel-search.
 

2. CLIM-PARTS Warranty



Our warranty service offers you a possibility for an extra-fee to insure the lifetime of your selected spare parts from 6 up to 24 month warranty.
Select one of the 3 warranty-plans and we will ship you a new spare part in case of damage within the selected warranty periods up to 24 months.

It is a simple but unique way of making you sleep calm after installing the spare parts purchased with CLIM-PARTS.

The 3 warranty-plans look as follows:

- 6 month warranty: +25% (on the net price of the spare part)
- 12 month warranty: +35%
- 24 month warranty: +40%

After selecting one of the warranty plans and completing the order, you will receive a warranty certificate with all the relevant information about the purchased warranty service.
Note: The warranty service can be purchased within the selected categories of spare parts. For example, filters cannot be purchased with warranty service. Turbochargers, pumps and many other categories can be purchased with the service of warranty.

3. CLIM-PARTS Delivery

Since CLIM-PARTS.COM is offering spare parts from many different verified suppliers, we do not ship the ordered parts directly to you.
- After you place an order, the spare parts of your order from the respective suppliers are being delivered to our main warehouse partner in Krefeld, Germany within 1-2 days.
- Once we receive your spare parts, CLIM-PARTS verifies the spare parts to be correct and as ordered.
- On the same day or latest next day, your order is being shipped from our warehouse to your address and you can follow the status of your order in your account.

Our delivery service is automated within the CLIM-PARTS online shop and offers you a price-calculator for orders up to 25kg for the selected European countries listed below. Once you are in the step of entering your delivery address and selecting your country, our system will present you the price for the selected country based on the total weight of your basket. The price result will be displayed right below the selected country field:



Next to the automatically calculated delivery price, you can also see the total weight of the selected parts in your basket.
In case your added spare parts in the basket are having a weight of over 25kg, we will take care manually of your price calculation and send you a price estimate via e-mail.
