P1 - Relevancy
The following terms and conditions are the ground rules for shopping with us at CLIM-PARTS.COM. They apply to everything we offer and every interaction we have with you.
Before you finalize your order, we want to make sure you're familiar with these terms. Ideally, you'll be able to see them right here on our website. However, if that's not possible for some reason, don't worry! Just let us know and we'll be happy to send you a copy free of charge. We can even email it to you so you can keep it on file.
There might also be specific terms for certain products or services we offer. In those cases, whichever terms benefit you the most will apply.
Now, life throws curveballs sometimes, and if something in these terms ever becomes outdated, don't worry! We'll make sure to update them as soon as possible with new terms that keep the same spirit as the old ones.
Basically, these terms are our way of making sure everything is fair and clear for both of us. If anything seems unclear, though, please don't hesitate to ask! We're always happy to chat.

P3 - The offer
Keep in mind: This isn't a binding agreement, so we can make changes to offers if needed.
The parts you see are offered in strong cooperation with our various suppliers all over europe. They also provide the information about the parts, so while we try our best to keep everything accurate, sometimes mistakes can happen. If that's the case, we'll take care of it, but our responsibility is limited to the cost of the parts themselves.
The same goes for the pictures you see alongside the parts. Our suppliers provide them, and again, we strive for accuracy, but mistakes might slip through. If that happens, we'll do our best to fix it, but our responsibility is limited to the cost of the parts.
Here's the good stuff! We make sure every offer has all the details you need to know what to expect, including:
- The total price, with or without taxes(depending on your legal status, you'll see this finalized in the shopping cart)
- Shipping costs (also finalized in the shopping cart)
- How to place an order and what steps you'll take
- Whether you can return your order if you need to
- How you can pay for your parts, how they'll be shipped
- How long the offer is valid and when the price is guaranteed
- Whether we keep a record of your order and how you can access it if needed for an update on the status of the order
- Other languages you can use to place your order, besides English
P4 - The Agreement
Alright! Here's how it works: Once you accept our offer by placing an order either requesting a proforma or clicking the "payment" button or similar named button with the interpretation of placing an order, the deal is officially on! This means summarized:
- You've agreed to what's in your shopping cart, including the prices.
- You agree with these terms and conditions.
- You've paid for your order.
- If you placed your order electronically, we'll shoot you an email confirmation right away. This means the order is officially ours! Until you get that email, you can still change your mind and cancel the order.
- When you order electronically or pay electronically, we take data security very seriously. We use top-notch measures to keep everything safe and secure on our website.
Just in case: We might need to check your creditworthiness to make sure everything goes smoothly. Also, if there's a legitimate reason (like something out of the ordinary happening), we might have to refuse or cancel the order, or make some adjustments. But don't worry, we'll always explain why.
Keeping you informed: Whenever you order something from us, we'll send you all the details electronically, or a paper copy if needed. This will include:
- Our complete contact information, so you can reach us easily
- Info on your right to cancel the order and how to do it
- Warranty and after-sales service details
- All the specifics and prices of the parts you ordered
- For subscriptions, the length of the subscription and how to cancel it (if applicable)
- Note: For subscriptions, the detailed information above will only apply to the first delivery.
Info about the stock: We deliver parts directly from our trustworthy suppliers. These are coming first to our warehouse partner in Krefeld, Germany, before being shipped to you. If for some reason a supplier can't or won't send a part, we'll have to cancel your order. We can't be forced to deliver something that's not available, and you can't claim compensation beyond the cost of the part itself.
A detailed description of the agreement definition and interpretation states as following 5 points:
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods and/or the provision of repair services.
(2) By placing the respective product on our website, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping basket system under the conditions specified in the item description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping basket system as follows:
The goods and/or repair services intended for purchase are placed in the ‘shopping basket’. You can call up the ‘shopping basket’ via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there at any time.
After clicking on the ‘Checkout’ or ‘Continue to order’ or “Next” button (or similar designation) and entering your personal data as well as the payment and shipping conditions, the order data will finally be displayed as an order overview.
If you use an instant payment system (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, WireTransfer) as a payment method, you will either be redirected to the order overview page in our online shop or to the website of the provider of the instant payment system.
If you are redirected to the respective instant payment system, make the appropriate selection or enter your data there. Finally, the order details will be displayed as an order overview on the website of the instant payment system provider or after you have been redirected back to our online shop.
Before submitting the order, you have the option of checking the details in the order overview again, changing them (also using the ‘back’ function of the Internet browser) or cancelling the order.
By sending the order via the corresponding button (‘order with obligation to pay’, ‘buy’ / ‘buy now’, ‘order with obligation to pay’, ‘pay’ / ‘pay now’ or similar), you declare legally binding acceptance of the offer, whereby the contract is concluded.
(4) Your enquiries regarding the preparation of an offer are non-binding for you. We will submit a binding offer to you in text form (e.g. by e-mail), which you can accept within 5 days (unless another period is specified in the respective offer).
(5) The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is partially automated by e-mail. You must therefore ensure that the e-mail address you have provided to us is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically ensured and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.
P5 - Right of withdrawal / cancellation
For products:
Changing your mind? No problem! You have two full weeks (14 days) to cancel your order for any reason, starting from the day you (or someone you designate) receives the parts.
Here's the deal: During those 14 days, please take good care of the parts and their packaging. Only open them to see if they're the right fit for you. If you decide to return them, please send them back in the original packaging, with all the parts and pieces included, and in as close to original condition as possible. We'll provide specific instructions on packing and shipping to make things easy for you.
Making it official: To return something within those 14 days, you can use the special form on our website to let us know. We'll give you clear instructions on where to send the parts. Just a heads up: It's a good idea to keep proof of shipment in case anything gets lost in the mail. Important note: If you don't tell us within 14 days that you want to cancel, your order becomes final and cannot be cancelled.
For services:
You have two full weeks (14 days) to cancel the agreement for any reason, starting from the day you placed the service order separately or together with a product. Just let us know as soon as possible using the method we discussed when we set up the agreement.
P6 - Costs in case of withdrawal / cancellation
The shipping cost for returning the parts to us is on you.
Getting your money back: If you already paid for the parts and decide to return them, we'll give you a full refund as soon as we can, but definitely within 14 days of receiving your return request. This depends on us getting the parts back, or you showing us proof that you shipped them.
We want to make returns as hassle-free as possible, so if you have any questions, just let us know!
P7 - Exclusion of withdrawal / cancellation
There are a few situations where our usual return policy might not apply. We'll always tell you upfront in the offer if any of these apply to your order:
- Custom-made products: If we make something special according to your exact instructions, or if you request a specific product that we don't normally sell listed on our website, those can't be returned.
- Personal items: For obvious reasons, we can't accept returns on anything that's considered personal in nature.
- Perishable items: If something has a short shelf life and could spoil easily, it can't be returned.
- Fluctuating prices: For products whose prices change rapidly (like some electronics), returns might not be possible.
- Lubricants can’t be returned (e.g. Oils)
Services are a bit different: We can only exclude the right to withdraw from a service if:
- The service hasn't happened yet.
- The service is super specific and tailored just for you.
P8 - Pricing
Here's the deal about prices:
- The prices you see on our website are exclusive of VAT (if applicable) and shipping costs. They might also change based on what our suppliers charge us.
- If a supplier can't or won't ship a part to you at the agreed price, we have the right to cancel your order without any penalty beyond a refund for any money you've already paid.
- In that case, if we can find the part from another supplier but at a higher price, we can charge you the difference.
- Of course, if that happens, you have the right to cancel your order and get a full refund within 14 days.
- Once your order is confirmed (including all the details mentioned in section 5.1), the price is locked in for you.
- We know mistakes happen, but unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for pricing errors. That means we can't be forced to deliver a part at an incorrect price.
We want to be transparent about our pricing, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
P9 - Conformity and warranty
We want you to be happy with what you buy! That's why we make sure everything we sell meets the descriptions in our offers, is reasonably usable for its purpose, and follows all legal requirements. Even if the manufacturer offers a warranty, that doesn't affect our commitment to you.
Here's how general claims work:
- If something seems wrong with your order, let us know as soon as possible (within 2 weeks of receiving it). You can use the form on our website to do this easily. Otherwise the conformity match between the described offer by us and received product by you cannot occur.
- Please return the parts in their original packaging and condition. We can only accept returns once we've approved your warranty claim.
Warranty period: The warranty period will match the manufacturer's warranty if this exists. we can't guarantee that a product will be perfect for your specific use, and we aren't responsible for any advice given about how to use a product.
Usually the parts are sold without warranty, however in order to provide you security in using the spare part for a long period, we recommend you to order our CLIM-PARTS warranty for an EXTRA-fee while ordering a spare part. CLIM-PARTS warranty can be purchased for a period up to 24 months.

What voids the warranty?
- If you or someone else alters or repairs the product without our permission.
- If the parts are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or not following the instructions provided.
- If the defect is caused by (partially) by government regulations.
- If the parts are listed as "used" on our website or your order confirmation.
Important note: Our warranty only covers the value of the parts themselves. We cannot be held responsible for any other damages.
Replacement parts: In some cases, we might be able to send you a replacement part instead of a refund. We'll always discuss this with you first and get your approval. If you decide not to accept a replacement, we'll give you a full refund within 14 days.
P10 - Delivery and execution of orders
We take care of getting your order to you! We'll ship everything to the address you provide.
We aim to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. If there's a delay, we'll let you know right away. And, if we can't fulfill your order for some reason (partially or completely) within 14 days (unless we agreed on a longer wait), you can cancel without any penalty and get a full refund (excluding any shipping costs). Just remember, these delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Changes or cancellations: If you ever need to cancel your order for any reason that's been approved by us, it must be before you get from us a notification of shipment, in this case we'll get you a full refund within 14 days.
Swapping things out: If a part you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll try our best to find a suitable replacement at a similar price. We'll always let you know if we need to replace something or if the price changes. Of course, you'll still have the right to cancel your order in that case.
Shipping: We do not cover the risk of damage or loss during transit until the parts are delivered to your address. For shipment insurance, you can pay an extra-fee.
Shipping costs: We estimate shipping costs based on size and weight information from our suppliers. There's a chance the actual cost might be higher. If that happens, we'll let you know and you can decide if you want to pay the extra or cancel your order.
For some unique items: We might not be able to give you a shipping cost upfront for parts over 25kg. In those cases, we'll send you a quote within 3 days. You can choose to accept it or not. We'll hold the parts for you for 7 days after you pre-order. If we don't hear back within 7 days, the parts will go back up for sale and we'll consider your order cancelled.
The bottom line: If the actual shipping cost is higher than what we originally quoted and you don't want to pay the difference, you can cancel your order for free. We'll give you any money you've already paid back.
P11 - Payment
In most cases, we'll ask you to pay for your order before we ship it out (unless we've agreed on something different). In case of instant online payments, we will automatically proceed to prepare the products for shipment. In case of proforma-requests, we will start preparing the products for shipments once we receive the payment for the products and shipment upfront on our bank account.
Double check those details! Please let us know ASAP if you notice any mistakes in your payment information, the prices, or if something seems wrong with the payment system itself.
Late payments: If your payment is late, we might have to charge you some fees to cover the costs of collecting it (but only if the law allows us to).
P12 - Complaints
If you ever have a problem with your order, delivery, agreement, or subscription, we have a clear and easy-to-find complaint process.
Let us know ASAP! The sooner you tell us about an issue (within 7 days of discovering it), the faster we can help. The easiest way to file a complaint is through the special form on our website. We aim to resolve your complaint within 14 business days of receiving it. If it takes longer for some reason, we'll let you know within those 14 days and give you an estimated timeframe for when things will be settled. Please come to us with any complaint before taking any legal action. If your complaint is valid, we'll happily replace or repair the product at no extra cost to you. If you have any questions about our complaint process, don't hesitate to ask.
P13 – Applicable law
German law only is applicable on all transactions and agreements between the customer and CLIM GROUP UG, even if the customer is based outside Germany.
P14 - Additional or aberrant provisions
Sometimes there might be situations where we need to agree on additional terms or conditions that aren't covered here. These will always be in your favor (not a disadvantage!) and we'll make sure you get a copy you can easily access and save for future reference.
