1. Fuel Filter Element / 1 unit / Water Separator (If Equipped). Replace after every 500 hours.
2. Primary Fuel Filter / 1 unit / 7230R (IT4 Engine), 7260R, 7280R. Replace after every 500 hours, or as indicated, whichever occurs first.
3. Final Fuel Filter / 1 unit / 7230R (IT4 Engine), 7260R, 7280R. Replace after every 500 hours, or as indicated, whichever occurs first.
4. Engine Oil Filter Element with Packing / 1 unit / 9L. Initial oil change is 100 hours, then every 500 hours and annually. (Conditions apply for extended interval).
5. Primary and Final Fuel Filter Kit / 1 unit / 7230R (T2 Engine); 7200R, 7215R (IT4 Engine). Replace after every 500 hours, or as indicated.
6. Engine Oil Filter / 1 unit / 6.8L. Initial oil change is 100 hours, then every 500 hours and annually. (Conditions apply for extended interval).
7. Cab Fresh Air Filter / 1 unit / 1000 / Replace every 1000 hours, annually or as required.
8. Activated Carbon Cab Fresh Air Filter /1 unit /Replace every 1000 hours, annually or as required.
9. Cab Recirculation Air Filter / 1 unit / Replace every 1000 hours, annually or as required.
10. Cab Recirculation Air Filter /Carbon. Replace every 1000 hours, annually or as required.
11. Fuel Tank Vent Filter / 1 unit /Replace every 1000 hours.
12. Primary Air Filter Element / 1 unit /Replace after every 1000 hours, annually or as indicated.
13. Secondary Air Filter Element / 1 unit / Replace after every 1000 hours, annually or as indicated.
14. Hydraulic Oil Filter / 1 unit / 1500 hours / Replace every 1500 hours or as indicated.
15. Crankcase Vent Filter Element / 1 unit / Open Crankcase Ventilation (OCV). Replace after every 1500 hours or as indicated.
16. Hydraulic Oil Filter / 1 unit / Front PTO. Initial change at 250 hours, then replace every 1500 hours.
